Minz is a small, independent brand in its early days. To keep our prices honest and our tiny operation running smoothly, here's exactly what you can count on and what to do if something isn't right.

All sales are final

Because we're a new brand running lean, we're currently unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes:

• Changing your mind after ordering
• Choosing the wrong size, shade, or variant at checkout
• Ordering by mistake or no longer wanting the item

We know this asks a lot of trust from you, so please look over the next section we always stand behind the quality of what we send

Changes & cancellations

Need to tweak or cancel an order? Email us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change or cancel it.
