Refund policy
At MINZ, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, please review our return policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns attempted beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of Items: We only accept returns on items that are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags still attached. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.
Non-returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.
- Used Items: Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Process for Returns
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at minzapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Returns: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
- After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, your order may have entered the processing stage. In this case, cancellation may not be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipped Orders
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you can initiate a return as soon as your item arrives if you are not satisfied with your purchase (see our Return Policy for more details).
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our support team at minzapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the cancellation. We will confirm the status of your request and issue a refund if applicable.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
